Page 2: The Story! This was written by Tom Hall, as was the game design for Dangerous Dave II. We wrote this game after leaving Softdisk and just after starting id Software - it took us 2 months.

Page 4: Advertising and credits. Tom was listed as Managing Editor because he was still at Softdisk while we were making the game (he joined id full-time about 3 months after the start). I think this is the only time at the start of id that Tom's name wasn't listed with ours!
