Monkeystone product and company pictures. Monkeystone Games was co-founded by John Romero, Tom Hall, Stevie Case and Brian Moon in July 2001. The company was in operation until January 2005 and published 15 products among several platforms in its first 2 years (PocketPC, PC, Mac, Linux, GBA, J2ME, BREW, N-Gage). The time between Oct 2003 and Jan 2005 was spent developing Chronicles of Riddick (N-Gage) and the multiplayer part of Area-51 (PS2) for Midway.
