Major Mayhem was a quick little game I wrote in 1985 while I was living with my Dad in Salt Lake City, Utah. It took me about 2 weeks to polish up and I eventually sent it in to Nibble Magazine and they published it in their December 1987 issue (over 2 years after I wrote it!)
Here's the menu screen in the game. The little ship comes up the left side and lands at the top which is where your destination is on every level - just avoid the spiders and gather the energy balls to fly outta there!
